From Thursday, May 9 through Sunday, May 12, the Westergasfabriek grounds will once again transform into the largest open-air restaurant in the country. During already the 16th edition of Rollende Keukens, over 100 mobile kitchens and food trucks will provide the congregation with the tastiest dishes. Expect old acquaintances and new kitchen heroes.
Whatever you're craving, there's bound to be a food truck serving it! From fresh Italian pizzas to refined seafood, large cuts of meat from the barbeque to old Dutch classics. Every taste has been thought of. In addition to food, there will be drinks and entertainment and all sorts of live bands and deejays performing throughout the day.
The Rolling Kitchens are open from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. every day. Admission to the festival grounds is free, but of course you must bring a little pocket change for food. The festival site can be reached by streetcar 10 from Central Station.
