The Roode Leeuw reopens after restyling

Since 1911, Hotel & Brasserie De Roode Leeuw has been a household name in Amsterdam. After a more than two-year renovation, we can visit it again from now on. Both the menu and the famous conservatory as well as the interior of the restaurant have been taken in hand, promising to become the new hotspot of the center.

De Roode Leeuw is door de grootse make-over lichter en frisser, met een Parijse touch. Nog altijd worden er Hollandse gerechten geserveerd op de nu witmarmeren tafels. Geen moeders stamppot maar Hollandse Haute Cuisine. Verfijnde gerechten als runderborst met zuur, coquille met mandarijn en rogvleugel met pastinaak en tandoori-uien zullen de smaakpapillen verrassen. Er wordt zoveel mogelijk gebruik gemaakt van lokale en dagverse producten, en dat proef je!

Het restaurant is van ontbijt tot diner geopend en zelfs voor een borrel aan de bar kan je er terecht.
