Het Bacchus festival staat bekend als dé plek voor wijnliefhebbers. Twee weekenden lang is het Amsterdamse bos de locatie waar je terecht kan voor het proeven van heel veel bijzondere wijnen per glas of fles. Dit jaar hebben ze de handen ineen geslagen met het magazine ELLE Eten voor een heuse culinaire Snackbar. Zeven verschillende chefkoks transformeren hun favoriete snack tot een culinaire hoogstandje. “Haute friture” aldus ELLE Magazine. Denk aan een smokey brisket slider en een eigenwijze versie van de frikadel speciaal. Jum!
