Het Sushi & Ramen Festival is een vierdaags evenement bij Dok Amsterdam voor iedereen die van de Japanse cultuur en keuken houdt. Naast authentieke sushi en ramen, kan je er verschillende street food bites zoals gyoza, miso en donuts vinden en wordt er veel aandacht besteed aan vegetarisch en vegan eten. De bar serveert een indrukwekkend aanbod aan sakes en Japanse bieren en wijnen. En wat zou een ode aan de Japan zijn zonder karaoke, arcade games en spicy challenges. Dit en meer kan je verwachten tijdens het nieuwste foodfestival in town!
